Welcome to Flourish Family Centre, a NACCC-accredited contact centre offering a safe, neutral, and child-friendly environment for families. Our purpose-built centre provides both supervised and supported contact options, tailored to meet the unique needs of each family.

👨👩👧 SUPERVISED CONTACT
Designed for non-resident parents or family members to safely engage with children in a structured and fully supported environment.
Registration Fee: £65 (non-refundable)Includes referral processing, assessment, and pre-visit
Supervised Family Time (at the centre): £75/hour Includes report per session
Supervised Family Time (in the community): £85/hour Includes report per session
Additional Supervisor (if required): £30/hour
💬 SUPPORTED CONTACT
For families who need a neutral meeting place but do not require active supervision during contact time .
Registration Fee: £65 (non-refundable)
Supported Family Time: £40/hour Sessions take place in a shared or private setting with light monitoring and access to support services.
💻 VIRTUAL CONTACT (via Zoom)Ideal for families who require remote sessions facilitated by a Family Time Worker
1-Hour Virtual Session: £60/hour
Includes close supervision and a written session report for both parties.
🏠 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Handover Support: £20 per handover
Room Hire (for private sessions or meetings): £40/hour

💳 PAYMENT TERMS
All sessions must be paid at least 48 hours in advance .Unpaid sessions will not go ahead.
❗ CANCELLATION POLICY
At Flourish Family Centre, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to maintain fairness and service quality, we follow a clear cancellation policy:
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund
Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund No-shows or arrivals more than 20 minutes late (without prior notice): Session will be cancelled and payment retained in full.
